加拿大 Solar的子公司CSI Solar將於2023年6月9日在上海證券交易所上市
安大略省蓋爾夫,2023年6月7日——加拿大 Solar Inc.(“公司” 或 “加拿大太陽能”)(納斯達克股票代碼:CSIQ)今天宣佈,其控股子公司 CSI Solar Co., Ltd.(“CSI Solar”)將於2023年6月9日在上海證券交易所的科技創新板上市,股票代碼為688472。
CSI Solar的股票將不會也沒有根據1933年《證券法》註冊 ,如果沒有註冊或適用的 豁免註冊要求,也不得在美國發行或出售。
