本第六十四條修正案(“修正案”)由特拉華州CSG系統公司(以下簡稱“CSG”)和特拉華州有限責任公司(以下簡稱“客户”)Charge Communications Operating，LLC之間制定。CSG與客户訂立經修訂後於2017年8月1日生效的若干綜合CSG主用户管理系統協議(CSG文件4114281號)(“該協議”)，現擬根據本修訂所載條款及條件進一步修訂該協議。如果本修正案中規定的條款和條件與本協議相沖突，則以本修正案中的條款和條件為準。任何首字母大寫或所有大寫字母用作已定義術語但未在本修正案中定義的術語應具有本協議中所給出的含義。當雙方簽署本修正案時，雙方之間隨後對本協議的任何提及應指經本修正案修正的協議。除經本修正案修訂外，本協議中規定的條款和條件應繼續完全有效，並根據其條款發揮作用。
