阿坎达宣布结束 后续注册直接发行

英国伦敦，2024年5月20日——国际医用大麻公司Akanda Corp.（“Akanda” 或 “公司”）（纳斯达克股票代码：AKAN）今天宣布， 已完成先前宣布的第二次注册直接发行，出售和发行了2,491,381股普通股，收购价为0.1031美元，以及12,057,600份预筹认股权证以购买12,057,600股 600股普通股，每股0.103美元，根据纳斯达克规则，定价为最低价格 。预先注资的认股权证可立即以每股0.0001美元的价格行使，并且可以随时行使，直到 所有预先注资的认股权证全部行使为止，但须遵守预先注资 认股权证中规定的某些实益所有权限制。
