本第六十四条修正案(“修正案”)由特拉华州CSG系统公司(以下简称“CSG”)和特拉华州有限责任公司(以下简称“客户”)Charge Communications Operating，LLC之间制定。CSG与客户订立经修订后于2017年8月1日生效的若干综合CSG主用户管理系统协议(CSG文件4114281号)(“该协议”)，现拟根据本修订所载条款及条件进一步修订该协议。如果本修正案中规定的条款和条件与本协议相冲突，则以本修正案中的条款和条件为准。任何首字母大写或所有大写字母用作已定义术语但未在本修正案中定义的术语应具有本协议中所给出的含义。当双方签署本修正案时，双方之间随后对本协议的任何提及应指经本修正案修正的协议。除经本修正案修订外，本协议中规定的条款和条件应继续完全有效，并根据其条款发挥作用。
