香港，2021年12月2日电/美通社/--纳斯达克(以下简称“本公司”)今天宣布，本公司董事会 已委任戴米安·瑟恩希尔先生(“瑟恩希尔先生”)为本公司董事，自2021年12月1日起 接替已通知辞去董事会职务的马克·伦纳德·谭先生(“陈先生”)，自2021年12月1日起生效。谭先生表示，他的辞职是出于个人原因，而不是由于与公司的任何分歧。
