What is worth paying attention to is whether to unlock the "long service feedback rights" ahead of time is applied by Tencent employees independently, and the rights standard refers to the "statutory retirement Tencent exclusive benefits" launched by the company before. This means that Tencent employees who have met the 15-year entry period but have not yet reached the legal retirement age will be free to choose whether to "retire early" and start a new life journey. Employees who do not unlock this right in advance can continue their career journey in Tencent and get better protection.
