On Wednesday, Tesla, Inc., the champion of US stock trading, closed down 0.16% to $12.95 billion; the runner-up Apple Inc closed down $8.652 billion and will report third-quarter results on July 27; and genetic compiler company Intellia Therapeutics closed 6.8% higher at $4.1 billion.

U. S. stocks closed mixed on Wednesday, with the S & P hitting another all-time high. All three major stock indexes rose more than 12 per cent in the first half of the year. The market is reviewing the June ADP employment data and the May contract report on second-hand housing sales, and is waiting for more economic data on the labour market, such as non-farm payrolls.

The Dow rose 210.22 points, or 0.61%, to 34502.51; the Nasdaq fell 24.38 points, or 0.17%, to 14503.95; and the S & P 500 rose 5.70 points, or 0.13%, to 4297.50.

Dow constituent stocks Walmart Inc, Goldman Sachs Group and Boeing Co performed strongly, pushing the Dow up more than 200 points.

Wednesday is the last trading day in June, the second quarter and the first half of the year. In the first half of this year, the s & p 500 rose 14.4%, the biggest first-half gain since 2019. The Nasdaq and Dow rose 12.5% and 12.7% respectively in the first half of the year.

The s & p 500 index rose 2.2% in June, recording its fifth consecutive month of gains. Investors are not worried about the rise in the inflation data, they expect the economy to continue to recover and the Fed will generally maintain loose policy, so they continue to buy stocks.

The top three gainers in the Dow so far this year are Goldman Sachs Group, American Express Co and Walgreens, all up more than 30 per cent. Chevron Corp, Microsoft Corp and JPMorgan Chase & Co all rose more than 20 per cent.

The champion of US stock trading on Wednesday.$Tesla, Inc. (TSLA.US) $It closed down 0.16% on a turnover of US $12.95 billion. Deutsche Bank cut Tesla, Inc. 's second-quarter revenue forecast to $11.1 billion, maintaining its "buy" rating.

Second Runner-up in turnover$Apple Inc (AAPL.US) $The company closed 0.46% higher, with a turnover of $8.652 billion. Apple Inc will release its third-quarter results on July 27th.

No. 4$Advanced Micro Devices Inc (AMD.US) $The company closed 4.9% higher, with a turnover of $6.583 billion. AMD's proposed $35 billion acquisition of Cyrus has been approved by UK and US regulators. However, the key to the successful implementation of the acquisition plan is to wait for China to make a final statement. Industry insiders pointed out that it is possible for the AMD acquisition to be approved in China.

Analysts believe that AMD spent a lot of money on the above acquisitions in order to create a data center processor business that can compete with Intel Corp and NVIDIA Corp, catch up with Intel Corp in CPU and catch up with NVIDIA Corp in graphics cards.

NVIDIA Corp, Microsoft Corp and Facebook Inc ranked 5th to 7th, with all three stocks closing down slightly.

The eighth place in turnover is China-listed stocks.$NIO Inc. (NIO.US) $The car company, the stock closed up 5.7%, with a turnover of $4.859 billion. Citi raised its 2021 sales forecast for NIO Inc. to 93000 from 90000, raised its 2022 sales forecast to 160000 from 155000, and raised its 2022 target price to $72 from $58.30, maintaining its buy rating.

No. 9 is the first share of China car-hailing, which was officially listed on the New York Stock Exchange on Wednesday.$DiDi Global Inc. (DIDI.US) $The stock closed up 1% on a turnover of $4.4 billion, with a market capitalization of about $67.8 billion. DiDi Global Inc. priced the IPO at $14, at the upper end of the guidance range of $13 to $14. At one point, the stock rose more than 20 per cent in intraday trading, peaking at $18.01 and a market capitalization of more than $80 billion at one point, but the rally eased back in the afternoon and narrowed to less than 1 per cent at one point.

No. 10 is a genetic compilation company.$Intellia Therapeutics Inc. (NTLA.US) $The stock closed 6.8% higher at $4.1 billion. Reggie Financial raised its target price to $168 from $106.

China listed stock$BABA (BABA.US) $The company ranked 20th in today's turnover, and the stock closed down 1.2% to $2.118 billion.
