Singapore stocks climbed up on Tuesday morning. $FTSE Singapore Straits Time Index(.STI.SG)$ increased 1 per cent or 30.56 points to 3110.25 as at 9.20 am. Losers/gainers is 51/179, after 280.4 million securities worth S$236.8 million changed hands.
The most active counter by volume was $Sembcorp Marine(S51.SG)$, which increased 3.78 per cent or 0.7 Singapore cent to 19.2 cents, with 50.12 million shares volume.

Sea Limited to report 2021Q1 results
$Sea Limited(SE.US)$ plans to announce its first quarter 2021 results before the U.S. market opens on May 18, 2021, U.S. Eastern Time.
Wall Street expects an EPS loss of $0.53 and sales around $1.81 billion. In the same quarter last year, Sea reported a loss per share of $0.52 on sales of $913.92 million.

Stocks to watch
$Roxy-Pacific(E8Z.SG)$: The property player's indirect associate Mequity Hills has entered into an agreement to acquire a 999-year leasehold residential site at 11 Institution Hill for S$23 million, financed by a combination of internal funding and bank borrowings. It will be amalgamated with another 999-year leasehold residential site to create an estimated total land area of 14,300 square feet (sq ft) with a total gross floor area of 40,040 sq ft for residential development. Shares of Roxy-Pacific closed at 35.5 Singapore cents on Monday, up 0.5 cent or 1.4 per cent.
$Dasin Retail Tr(CEDU.SG)$: The trust's revenue for its full portfolio for the first fiscal quarter of 2021ended March rose 87.4 per cent on a year-on-year basis. Revenue from four of the trust's malls, excluding new acquisitions, had also recovered to 94 per cent of pre-pandemic levels in Q1 FY2021. China's total retail sales of consumer goods for Q1 was up by 33.9 per cent year on year, the first positive growth in the country since August 2020, the trustee-manager said. Units in Dasin Retail Trust closed at 71.5 Singapore cents on Monday, down 1.4 per cent or one Singapore cent.
$Jumbo(42R.SG)$: The group announced on Monday that it will be opening two new food and beverage outlets for its brands Tsui Wah and Kok Kee Wanton Noodle, even in the midst of Singapore's current Covid-19 restrictions where dining-in is not allowed. The counter closed flat on Monday at S$0.33.
