Temasek-backed payments processor Flywire files paperwork to go public

Flywire Corp. said Thursday it confidentially submitted a draft Registration Statement to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering.

The company said it hasn't determined the size of the proposed IPO or an expected price range.

The Boston-based company, backed by Singaporean state investor Temasek Holdings and the venture arm of private equity firm Bain Capital. Flywire said it is a "global payments-enablement and software company," and also said it processes payments in more than 240 countries and territories across the globe.
