$Netflix Inc(NFLX.US)$ quarterly result in EPS beat consensus expectation, but missed in revenue. Partly resulting from the expansion of Disney+, Netflix added just 420,000 paid net subscribers, below its guidance of 600,000. It was the third quarter in a row where Netflix missed its targets for US subscriber growth. Fortunately, it added 8.76 million paid net subscribers globally, surpassing its own forecast and Bloomberg consensus, according to Business Insider.

$International Business Machines Corp(IBM.US)$turned in a surprise revenue gain, its first year-over-year sales increase in more than a year.

$UBS Group AG(UBS.US)$wealth management business in the Americas reported net declines in financial advisors and new assets during the fourth quarter, although pretax profits surged in the global wealth management unit, of which America's business is a part.
