THE REPORT FULLY DISCLOSES THE COMPANY'S FINANCIAL POSITION, OPERATIONS, AND THE PERFORMANCE OF ENVIRONMENTAL, SOCIAL AND GOVERNANCE (ESG) PRACTICES. The Board of Directors oversees ESG strategy and policy and manages key ESG matters. The report follows the principles of substance, quantity, consistency and scope and complies with the HKEX ESG Reporting Guidelines. During the reporting period, the Company had no significant environmental impact in terms of its solar and energy storage business and logistics services in China. The company is committed to minimizing environmental impact and promoting environmental awareness among employees and the public. The report also includes comprehensive financial statements such as balance sheet, income statement, statement of changes in equity and cash flow statement and details important accounting policies.
