POP MART WILL HOLD ITS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING IN BEIJING ON MAY 21, 2024 TO DISCUSS ISSUES INCLUDING AUDITING 2023 FINANCIAL STATEMENTS, DECLARING FINAL DIVIDENDS, RE-ELECTION OF DIRECTORS AND REMUNERATION DECISIONS. The meeting will discuss the renewal of the Board of Accountants of Robinson Road as auditor and discuss special resolutions on general mandates to issue new shares, repurchase of shares, and amendments to the Company's Articles of Association and Rules of Association. Shareholders will reselect the positions of directors of Mr. Wen De Yi, Mr. Chang Jianchun, Mr. Wu Liansheng and Mr. Yan Jin Leung.
