Morgan Stanley's Slimmon sees S&P 500 near 5,000 by year end
Andrew Slimmon, senior portfolio manager at Morgan Stanley Investment Management, says he expects U.S. equity markets to rebound after a possible 20% decline from this year's peak. "When the S&P is down at the 4000 level the returns for the rest of the year could be very, very attractive," he says on "Bloomberg Surveillance."
