(" BTC Digital" or the "Company") (NASDAQ:BTCT), a blockchain technology company, today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement under which the Company will acquire a BTC mining facility located in North Carolina, equipped with a stable power load of 10 megavolts (MV). The total consideration for BTC Digital's acquisition amounts to $3.4 million.
