Jiangnan Chemical announced on February 20 that on February 16, the company received the “Determination and Disposal Opinions on the Irregular Receipt of Central Subsidy Funds for Renewable Energy Power Generation by Inner Mongolia Dun An Photovoltaic Power Co., Ltd. Urad Houqi 50MW Photovoltaic Power Generation Project” issued by a leading group composed of the Inner Mongolia Department of Finance, the Inner Mongolia Development and Reform Commission, and the Inner Mongolia Energy Administration, which determined that the Urat Houqi 50MW photovoltaic power generation project was not included in scale management and the filing documents were invalid. The project was removed from the subsidy list and returned the claimed subsidy funds of 166.1751 million yuan. Meanwhile, there is a risk that 199.156,800 yuan of electricity bill subsidies receivable from the power plant have not been recovered as of December 31, 2022, cannot be recovered. According to the requirements of the “Disposal Opinion”, the company plans to adjust the electricity bill subsidy of 318.6274 million yuan (excluding tax) that has already been received and has not yet been received and that is expected to affect profit and loss of 318.6274 million yuan. The refund of the electricity bill subsidy is expected to result in a net cash flow of 166.1751 million yuan from operating activities in 2023.
