The State Council issued opinions on supporting Shandong to deepen the conversion of new and old kinetic energy to promote green, low-carbon and high-quality development, supporting Shandong to vigorously develop renewable energy, building a 10-kilowatt deep-sea offshore wind power base, and using saline-alkali tidal flats in northern Shandong and coal mining subsidence areas in southwestern Shandong to build large-scale wind photovoltaic bases to explore the integrated development model of distributed photovoltaic. On the premise of ensuring absolute safety, we will develop nuclear power in an orderly manner in Jiaodong Peninsula, promote the large-scale development of independent advanced nuclear power reactors, and expand the comprehensive utilization of heating and desalination. We will promote "green power into Shandong", support Shandong to strengthen cooperation with sending provinces, actively participate in the construction of large-scale wind power photovoltaic bases, and speed up the construction of UHV transmission channels from Longdong to Shandong. In principle, the proportion of renewable energy in the new UHV transmission channels is not less than 50%. Build an intelligent energy system with collaborative and interactive source network load and storage, promote the construction of pumped storage power stations, and enhance the application level of new energy storage.
